Support notes * If your make of phone is listed as model dependant, this means some phones from your manufacturer support the facility, whereas others do not. We recommend you download the free trial to see how the software works with your phone. ** At the time of writing Sendo phones only accept ringtones (Sendo M550 polyphonic). We tested this phone on the Virgin UK network, and at the time it did not support image transfer from the Polyphonic Wizard, but did accept polyphonic ringtones. Please download the trial and refer to the help file for more information and to try the software with your phone. *** For the Sharp PM-8200 cell phone, select 'Other' for the manufacturer, then choose 'midi type 0' for the ringtone file format. **** The Kyocera Slider SE47 and Slider V5 were added in version 3.2 of the software. Older 'monophonic' phones should use the Ringtone Converter software for Kyocera ringtones. Other handsets from Kyocera should work but have not been tested yet.
